Exhibit № III
Are you in search of a fudge brownie that’s deep and dark, or double-dark and decadent?
MiLam’s got you covered. Manning a kitchen involves the curation of recipes. When I’m not searing my meat, or buttering my buns, or cursing a box of plastic wrap, I’m surfing the net in search of kick-ass recipes. Welcome to the miLam Curated Exhibits.

♣
You know how many brownie recipes Google can find in 0.22 seconds? About 90 million. And I would like to try them all. So let’s see, if I wanted to achieve my goal in the next 20 years, I’d have to be able to eat 5 brownies … per second. Without stopping. Or sleeping.
The brownie is a Chicago thing! Who knew? Invented at the infamous Palmer House, no less. Fudge brownies will continue to set up as they cool, so unless the recipe specifies something else, you should take them out of the oven when a toothpick comes out not wet with batter, but definitely with damp crumbs. Dry is too late.
